• No parties permitted. This home is designed for quiet enjoyment and respectful use only
• Minimum age for the primary renter is 25, and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay
• No smoking allowed
• Guests can tie boat to dock
• This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, only dogs less than 30 pounds – approved by insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog per stay plus tax applies.
